Work ways to help members send the following messages:

Messages of Friendship:

• I am a member of The Church who cares about you
• Other church members care about you too

Messages of The Church:

• We enjoy our Church activities
• The Church is a practical help to me

Messages of The Gospel:

• I would enjoy telling you anything you would like to know about our beliefs
• You can know for yourself that what you are learning is true

“Monthly” goals to help us send these messages:

• August 1-16:    Pray for our missionaries by name
• August 17-31: Continue to pray for our missionaries, add to this, pray to be more missionary minded
• September do the “fast for a month” where members fast for one day each day of September
• September: Invite someone into your home who has never been there before (Friendship)
• October: Invite someone into your home with other members (Friendship)
• November: Invite someone to join you in a service activity (Friendship/Church)
• December: Invite someone to go to the Giving Machines, at Union Station, with you (Friendship/Church)
